विघटयति तद् गृहेशो न विघटयति तुङ्ग मित्र गेहे वा !!

यदि वर-वधू दोनों की कुण्डली में लग्न से ,चन्द्रमा से और शुक्र से प्रथम ,द्वितीय,चतुर्थ,सप्तम और अष्टम एवं द्वादश इन छ स्थानों में से किसी भी एक स्थान में यदि मंगल एक एक ही प्रकार से बैठा हो अर्थात वर की कुण्डली में जिस स्थान में बैठा हो उसी स्थान में कन्या की कुण्डली में भी बैठा हो और वधू की कुण्डली में जिस स्थान में बैठा हो वर की कुण्डली में भी उसी स्थान में बैठा हो तो उन दोनों का दांपत्य सुख चिरस्थाई रहता है ,धन -धान्य-पुत्र -पौत्रादि की अभवृद्धि होती है और दोनों सदा सुखी रहते हैं ! किन्तु यदि वर-वधू में से किसी एक ही की कुण्डली मे उक्त प्रकार से मंगल बैठा हो और उसके जोड़ की दूसरी कुण्डली में उससे भिन्न- भिन्न स्थानों में बैठा हो तो विपरीत फल हो जाता है !
