1 .  किसी भी जन्म कुंडली मे चन्द्रमा 10 वें अंक अर्थात मकर राशि मे किसी भी घर में स्थित हो तो उस व्यक्ति को जीवन में एक बार तो अवश्य ही भयँकर विफलता झेलनी ही होगी , समाज में अपना मुख दिखाने में भी संकोच करेगा ।

मानसिक बीमारी में चंद्रमा, बुध, चतुर्थ भाव व पंचम भाव का आंकलन किया जाता है।  चंद्रमा मन है, बुध से बुद्धि देखी जाती है और चतुर्थ भाव भी मन है तथा पंचम भाव से बुद्धि देखी जाती है। 

 जब व्यक्ति भावुकता में बहकर मानसिक संतुलन खोता है तब उसमें पंचम भाव व चंद्रमा की भूमिका अहम मानी जाती है, सेजोफ्रेनिया बीमारी में चतुर्थ भाव की भूमिका मुख्य मानी जाती है। 

 शनि व चंद्रमा की युति भी मानसिक शांति के लिए शुभ नहीं मानी जाती है।  

जन्म कुंडली में चंद्रमा अगर राहु के साथ है तब व्यक्ति को मानसिक बीमारी होने की संभावना बनती है क्योकि राहु मन को भ्रमित रखता है और चंद्रमा मन है. मन के घोड़े बहुत ज्यादा दौड़ते हैं। 

यदि जन्म कुंडली में बुध, केतु और चतुर्थ भाव का संबंध बन रहा है और यह तीनों अत्यधिक पीड़ित हैं तब व्यक्ति में अत्यधिक जिदपन हो सकती है और वह सेजोफ्रेनिया का शिकार हो सकता है। 

जन्म कुंडली में गुरु लग्न में स्थित हो और मंगल सप्तम भाव में स्थित हो या मंगल लग्न में और सप्तम में गुरु स्थित हो तब मानसिक आघात लगने की संभावना बनती है।  

जन्म कुंडली में शनि लग्न में और मंगल पंचम भाव या सप्तम भाव या नवम भाव में स्थित हो तब मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना बनती है। 

कृष्ण पक्ष का बलहीन चंद्रमा हो और वह शनि के साथ 12वें भाव में स्थित हो तब मानसिक रोग की संभावना बनती है, शनि व चंद्र की युति में व्यक्ति मानसिक तनाव ज्यादा रखता है। 

जन्म कुंडली में शनि लग्न में स्थित हो, सूर्य 12वें भाव में हो, मंगल व चंद्रमा त्रिकोण भाव में स्थित हो तब मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना बनती है। 

जन्म कुंडली में शनि व मंगल की युति छठे भाव या आठवें भाव में हो रही हो। 

जन्म कुंडली में बुध पाप ग्रह के साथ तीसरे भाव में हो या छठे भाव में हो या आठवें भाव में हो या बारहवें भाव में स्थित हो तब भी मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना बनती है । 

यदि चंद्रमा की युति केतु व शनि के साथ हो रही हो तब यह अत्यधिक अशुभ माना गया है और अगर यह अंशात्मक रुप से नजदीक हैं तब मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना अधिक बनती है। 

जन्म कुंडली में शनि और मंगल दोनो ही चंद्रमा या बुध से केन्द्र में स्थित हों तब मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना बनती है। 

मिरगी होने के जन्म कुंडली में लक्षण - 

इसके लिए चंद्र तथा बुध की स्थिति मुख्य रुप से देखी जाती है. साथ ही अन्य ग्रहों की स्थिति भी देखी जाती है,शनि व मंगल जन्म कुंडली में छठे या आठवें भाव में स्थित हो तब व्यक्ति को मिरगी संबंधित बीमारी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। 

कुंडली में शनि व चंद्रमा की युति हो और यह दोनो मंगल से दृष्ट हो,

जन्म कुंडली में राहु व चंद्रमा आठवें भाव में स्थित हों। 

मानसिक रुप से कमजोर बच्चे अथवा मंदबुद्धि बच्चे । 

जन्म के समय लग्न अशुभ प्रभाव में हो विशेष रुप से शनि का संबंध बन रहा हो, यह संबंध युति, दृष्टि व स्थिति किसी भी रुप से बन सकता है। 

शनि पंचम से लग्नेश को देख रहा हो तब व्यक्ति जन्म से ही मानसिक रुप से कमजोर हो सकता है। 

जन्म के समय बच्चे की कुण्डली में शनि व राहु पंचम भाव में स्थित हो, बुध बारहवें भाव में स्थित हो और पंचमेश पीड़ित अवस्था में हो तब बच्चा जन्म से ही मानसिक रुप से कमजोर हो सकता है।
