घर को पूर्व में बढ़ाने पर मित्रो से वैर होता है ।
दक्षिण दिशा में बढ़ाने पर मृत्युका तथा शत्रुका भय होता है ।

वायव्य दिशा में बढ़ाने पर वात - ब्याधि उत्पन्न होती है ।
ईशान दिशा में बढ़ाने पर अन्न की हानि होती है ।
२ - यदि घर के किसी अंश को बढ़ाना अनिवार्य हो तो पूर्व या उत्तर की तरफ बढ़ा सकते हैं , क्योंकिं इसमे थोड़ा दोष हैं।
